The company has been founded in 2009 as successor of the single member company of Heidi Rösler, tax consultant, that had been started in 1999. The headquarters of the company is in Grünwald, district of Munich. With the establishment of our branch in Munich at the end of 2015, we were able to expand our range of services and deepen our cooperation with the associated lawyer.

We aim to contribute to the success of our clients and their investors. The optimal support for our clients means, to be ready to follow new projects and be prepared to accompany organizational changes.
